Your opponent cannot Tribute this face-up card on the field. Once per turn, during the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can target 1 "Rokket" monster you control; negate the effects of 1 face-up card your opponent controls, then destroy the targeted monster. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation.
